FOUNDRY WORKSHOP

1.The assembly workshop has adopted a closed and no-dust workshop to ensure all products assembled in a clean environment. 
2.Master cylinders and brake caliper components assembly have adopted semi-automatic mechanized equipment with online 100% performance test equipment as well to make sure the quality of all products and assembly consistent.
3.The connection of brake assembly oil pipe will adopt automatic  tubulating machine to ensure the consistency of product torque and oil pipe angle.
4. Automatic vacuum brake fluid oiler, brake fluid quantity is stable, the product handgrip strength is consistent.
5. Improve and promote the quality data of products by SPC analysis.

3. 制动器总成油管连接采用自动接管机，确保产品扭矩及油管角度一致性

4. 自动真空制动液注油机，制动液量稳定、产品手握力一致5. 产品质量数据通过SPC分析进行不断完善提升

PAINTING WORKSHOP

拥有全自动清洗线、静电喷涂线、全自动喷粉线，配合优质的原漆及工件先进的喷涂工艺，使产品表面处理质量充分受控，满足不同客户的需求。

Automatic cleaning line and automatic painting line, plus perfect original paint and work piece spraying paint detection measures, so that the surface quality is fully, controlled,meet different customers' needs.
